NJLT is looking to add a few additional coaches to our program in the below levels for boys and girls coaches:

  • NJLT Elite Team Coaches
  • NJLT Camps and Clinics Coaches
  • NJLT Lessons Coaches
  • NJLT “Off Field” Support – Hourly Position, lacrosse background not necessary

 Do you have what it takes to be an NJLT coach?

As the sport of lacrosse grows we are always on the lookout for new dynamic talent.  We are actively looking for coaches who can demonstrate the below:

  • Positive work ethic
  • Distinguished lacrosse career
  • Experience coaching youth/high school lacrosse
  • Ability to work with & mentor young student athletes
  • Strong Time Management
